    SHIPPING POLICY: 
    • We accept orders 24 hours a day and attempt to process immediately. 
    • Receipt of all orders will be acknowledged by e-mail.
    • All paintings are shipped framed at no extra cost.
    CUSTOMER SERVICE: 
    • If an painting is not available, you will be notified by E-mail. 
    • Hawaii residents must add 4.166% sales tax. 
    • Prices are subject to change without notice. 
    • In no event will we be liable for any claim of incidental or consequential damage arising out of, or in connection with, delivery or use of any items offered. 
    • If you would like to confirm the detail and color of a painting by viewing a slide, please e-mail us and we will send you, by mail a slide of any painting at a cost of $5. This amount will be deducted from any subsequent purchase.

    Installment Purchase:

      • If you would like to purchase a painting, but are unable to pay for it, in full, at this time, we will be happy to reserve the painting for you, if you enter into an installment purchase agreement. The down payment will be 20% and the subsequent payments will be monthly. The entire purchase price must be paid within twelve months.
